God is good!
Although the cookie tray was a mess, they at least tasted really good. Next time, I'll close them up more and use less jelly/preserves.
This looks good! But where is the chocolate? :) I just saw an article on the news that said people speculate that the price of chocolate will skyrocket in the next 20 years. May the Lord help us all.
Yea, I heard that it may increase too. I watched a news program saying that there is one guy who is controlling the cacao? crop. Scary. I need my chocolate! I say let's start now and buy it by the truckload. One cannot be too careful in regards to chocolate. As far as the cookies go, I'll have to search the book I used for a chocolate recipe. Apparently, it isn't used as much as I would have expected in their (Italian) cookies.
