I ran out of peanut powder (PB2 brand) before Trinita and neglected to get any more yet. But I'm ordering some very soon. I have so far put it in chocolate ice cream (FABULOUS) and chocolate chip cookies (received good reviews).
I'm thinking of also getting some karob powder and then making a cookie with the karob and peanut powders mixed together. So that the whole cookie tasted like chocolate and peanut butter, and not just peanut butter with some chocolate chips sprinkled in. What do people think about that?

The hurricane didn't hit us here at all. Did a little damage on the east coast of Florida. I'm interested in this peanut butter powder thing.
